    A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a digital operation electronic system specifically designed for industrial environments.

     It employs a programmable memory to store instructions for executing logical operations, sequential control, timing, counting, and arithmetic operations, controlling various types of machinery or production processes through digital or analog inputs and outputs.

    In automatic filling machines, PLCs enable automated material weighing, positioning, filling, and capping operations, meeting diverse control instruction and precision requirements.

     By integrating with an industrial smart gateway, data acquisition, real-time monitoring, fault预警 (early warning), and remote control functions can be achieved for automatic filling machines. Production output, filling weights, servo speeds, electromagnetic valve switch statuses, filling times, and other data can be collected in real-time and uploaded to a cloud management platform, enabling comprehensive remote monitoring and management.
